Meet The Team

Stuart Wragg is a founder of Quantum and is a professional Security Practitioner with a career that spans over 37 years. After several years in the military he entered the Security Industry. From being successful in his own company to managing a large corporate entity, he has become well known as an expert in the field of security and business.

Stuart says;

“My integrity is the essence of who I am in business and this is due to my beliefs as a Christian. I enjoy working with diverse people in challenging environments and my motivation is always the success of overcoming those challenges. I have travelled much, achieved much but am cognizant of the fact that no matter how much I learn, there will always be something else for me to need to know, and as such, I keep an open mind and listen to anyone who seems sensible and honest.”

When away from the office, Stuart enjoys sailing, farming and road trips into Africa with his wife Trish.

Monia Castro is a co founder of Quantum and is a professional, strategic and pro active Human Resource professional with 20 years’ experience. She has extensive experience in the Security Industry where she has excelled at building Human Capital capabilities and implementing organisation re-design to drive efficiency, improve employee engagement and execute business strategy at an Executive level.

Monia says;

“I pride myself on high levels of integrity and an ethical demeanor. I function best in a team that shares my values and my passion for excellence. People are important in our business and to see them excel in their careers and in life is priceless. Managing people within a competitive business environment is challenging but possible when leading with compassion and empathy.”

Monia loves spending time outdoors with her husband Grant and son Leo, travelling and is an ardent marathon runner.

Siya Gcilitshana has 30 years of experience in the security field which began from grassroots level as a security officer and eventually led him to holding senior positions in both the security and property industries. This eventually led to him opening his own consultancy which offered him the opportunity to go abroad and gain experience in the international arena.

Siya says;

“I was attracted to Quantum because of their values and the opportunity to be part of something new and exciting. As a Christian, I love working with people and creating opportunities for others where they can grow as I have grown from opportunities offered to me over the years, by others. When the challenge of being the Business Development Director for Quantum knocked on my door, I knew immediately that I would accept it. It was like coming home.”

Siya is an avid rugby fan having played at Craven Week in his youth and when not driving the Business Plan for Quantum, he can be found cooking up a storm for his wife Avril and kids, Lelo, Abbey and Bryce
